A Professional Home Staging & Interior Redesign Company
The finished product! We transformed this space by completing all
sheet rock, painting and carpeting of the space. We used Sherwin
Williams “Weathered Mist” on the walls and finished all trim work in bright
white. We added neutral carpeting to the space, new bedroom
furnishings, linens and artwork to complete the look. All interior
furnishings provided by Dressed 2 Sell Staging and all interior improvements
provided by Home Décor & More.
The previous owner abandoned the home improvements and we were hired to
complete the interior improvements on this home. Here is a picture of
a bedroom at the time of my consultation.

Here in the after photo we finished off the space with Sherwin Williams
Cornsilk wall color giving the room a cheery ambience – just perfect for a
pre-teen. Her grown up bedroom gave her the perfect place to hang out with
friends. All furnishings, accessories and artwork, available through
Dressed 2 Sell Staging.
This unfinished space was located on the 3rd floor of a condominium and was
being used for storage. The space had ample windows and a closet, so we
proposed turning it into a “getaway” place for the family’s pre-teen daughter.

In the after photos you can see where we removed the dropped ceiling and
popcorn paint, removed the dark paneling from above the mantel, refinished
the sheet rock and gave the space an updated look. Sherwin Williams paint in
“Biscuit” and new neutral carpeting transformed the space into an inviting
place for family to gather.
In this before picture we see a family room as it appeared at the time of my
consultation. The area had a combination of popcorn style paint and a dropped
ceiling in the space. The paneling over the fireplace was original to the space
and made the space dark and dismal. The area was uninviting and was seldom used…

After the work was completed, this master bedroom became a welcome place for
the homeowners to retire to at the end of the day. This project
entailed replacing sheetrock, subfloors, painting, and the installation of
new lighting and wall-to-wall carpeting. To finish the space off we
painted the walls with Sherwin Williams “Rainwashed” and decorated the space
with new bedroom furniture, linens and artwork. Room furnishings and décor
provided by Dressed 2 Sell Staging.
In this first photo we see an actual Master Bedroom as it appeared during the
time of my consultation. The home had been neglected for a period of time,
and the walls, floor and closets were in need of repair.

To accommodate a dining room area, we scaled back furnishings in the living
room to include a standard size sofa and chair. By reducing the footprint
of the living room, we were able to include an intimate dining area with an
extension table that accommodates seating for 4-6 people. All furnishings
and décor are available through Dressed 2 Sell Staging.
This room in an Ocean City condominium went through a dramatic makeover. My
company was hired to redesign the space to accommodate a living room area
and create a separate dining area in this limited space. All
furnishings, artwork and accessories were provided by Dressed 2 Sell Staging
and interior home improvements were provided by Home Décor & More our sister
company.
